    1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

    By accessing or using PROMPTMVSTR ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

    2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

    PROMPTMVSTR is a digital platform providing curated AI generation prompts and an on-site Virtual Photoshoot feature for men's luxury lifestyle content. The Service includes prompt text, reference assets, and AI image generation capabilities.

    3. ACCOUNTS & ELIGIBILITY

    You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

    You may not share your account or login credentials with others. Each subscription is for a single user.

    4. SUBSCRIPTIONS & PAYMENTS

    Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.

    You may cancel your subscription at any time from your profile page. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

    ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THIS IS A DIGITAL PRODUCT. NO REFUNDS.

    5. CREDITS & GENERATION

    Executive and CEO tier subscribers receive monthly AI generation credits. Credits reset on your billing date each month.

    Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period. Generation results may vary and are not guaranteed to match reference images.

    6. ACCEPTABLE USE

    You agree NOT to use the Service to:

    • - Generate harmful, illegal, vulgar, or immoral content
    • - Upload photos of individuals without their consent
    • - Resell, redistribute, or sublicense prompts or generated content
    • - Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform
    • - Impersonate any person or entity

    Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

    7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

    All prompts, curated content, and platform design are the intellectual property of PROMPTMVSTR.

    AI-generated images created through the Virtual Photoshoot feature are for your personal use. You retain rights to images generated using your own likeness.

    You may not redistribute the prompts or reference assets provided through the Service.

    8. NO BRAND AFFILIATION

    PROMPTMVSTR is an independent platform for AI aesthetic inspiration and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the brands referenced in our prompts or images.

    9. AI-GENERATED CONTENT DISCLAIMER

    All images on the platform and generated through our services are AI-created interpretations. Results will vary and may not exactly replicate reference images. You assume full responsibility for content generated using these prompts.

    10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    PROMPTMVSTR is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, service interruptions, or generated content outcomes.

    11. TERMINATION

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account by contacting us at PROMPTMVSTR@GMAIL.COM.

    12. CHANGES TO TERMS

    We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
